Amateur to Professional Developmental Football League

Atlanta, GA – Coming into the preseason as the #20 ranked team, the Florida Phoenix could possibly be the “sleeper” of the 2019 season. They bring with them a young and fresh organization from the front office to the field and are looking forward to displaying some fresh young talent to the Amateur to Professional Developmental Football League (APDFL). The offensive attack will be led by two standout wide receivers in John Jackson Jr. and Scooby Brooks as they will look to bring excitement to an already pass-oriented American Conference.

Unlike most inaugural season teams, the Phoenix is far from short when it comes to numbers. The Phoenix will be based out of Madison, FL and will kick off the 2019 season against their most anticipated cross-town foe, preseason #8 Georgia Cobras. If they are looking to turn heads early in the season this week 1 matchup could be the game that puts them on the map.
