Amateur to Professional Developmental Football League

Atlanta, Georgia – The Amateur to Professional Developmental Football League (APDFL) proudly releases the nominees for the 2018 TRUniverse LLC Award for Defensive Linemen of the Year. TRUniverse LLC has been a sponsor as well as a partner to the APDFL since it’s inception. They are presently the official uniform provider and apparel outfitter for the most competitive developmental football league in the country.

The defensive line is without question made up of the biggest and strongest players on the defense. The defensive line is expected to hold the line as if in the trenches, where they battle play after play. It is their job to wreak havoc on their opponents blocking and passing schemes.

The nominees are individuals that opposing offenses were required to game plan around on a weekly basis. The commanded a double team opening up lanes for their counterparts to make astonishing tackles when they themselves were not in on the tackle.
