APDFL North Post-Season Picture

With just 1 week remaining in the regular season the post-season has been all but decided. The top 2 teams have remained at the top with the only question being which spot does each belong. The APDFL North has yet to walk away with the Presidents Cup during the spring season. Will this be the season where they pull it together and prove to be supreme. Here are the present post-season scenarios.

1. Georgia Cobras (8-1) .889
Cobras have bounced back in 2019 and in doing so have obtained national recognition. With one game remaining the Cobras should be able to lock up the No. 1 seed in the North with a win. Hold tie-breaker over Wreckaz.

2. P-Town Wreckaz (8-1) .889
Wreckaz have been playing at a very high level this season with their only loss coming at the hands of the No. 1 seeded Cobras. With a win and a loss by the Cobras they will finish the season as the No. 1 seed. Cobras hold tie-breaker advantage.

3. Alabama Blackhawks (7-3) .700
After a slow start, the Blackhawks have found their drive and have won 6 straight. With the tie-breaker over the East Alabama Predators, they have locked up the No. 3 season in the post-season.

4. East Alabama Predators (6-3) .667
With 1 game remaining the Predators will be looking to lock up the No. 4 seed this weekend. With a win, the Predators will finish the regular season as the No. 4 seed. With a loss however, they will move to the No. 5 seed. Tuskegee Ayrmen hold tie-breaker advantage.

5. Tuskegee Ayrmen (6-4) .600
Ayrmen presently hold the No. 5 seed in the North. With a Predators win this weekend they will remain the No. 5 seed. With a Predators loss they will become the No. 4 seed in the North.

6. Alabama Tigers (4-4) .500
With eight games played and 1 week remaining in the regular season, the Tigers will finish the season short one game. This could possibly hurt their percentage for the post season. With a win this weekend they would lock up the No. 6 seed. With a loss and a Noles win, Tigers would finish the season as the No. 7 seed. If Tigers are unable to play this weekend causing them to finish the season with 8 games played, they will be eliminated from post-season play possibilities.

7. Georgia Noles (4-5) .444
With a win the Noles would move to 5-5 on the season and would position themselves to becoming the No. 6 seed. With a loss, and failure to score a minimum of 55 points, Noles would be eliminated from post-season play and Raptors would be No. 7 seed. If Tigers are unable to play this weekend, Noles would advance to the post-season as the No. 6 seed.

8. Steel City Raptors (4-6) .400
Raptors post-season hopes all but disappeared with their loss this past weekend. If Tigers game is unable to take place the Raptors will advance to the post-season as the No. 7 seed. With a Noles loss, and Noles failure to score a minimum of 55 points, Raptors would advance as the No. 7 seed. Tigers hold tie-breaker advantage.

9. Selma City Vikings (3-7) .300
Vikings have been eliminated from post-season contention.

10. Chilton Tigers (2-7) .222
Tigers have been eliminated from post-season contention.

11. Florida Phoenix (1-7) .125
Phoenix have been eliminated from post-season contention.
